This workshop is for women who would like to explore writing as a form of self-expression. If you have worked on expressing your emotions through journaling or other mediums, or are curious to explore the writing as an art form, this workshop is for you. The practice of self-expression is about accessing your feelings, so this workshop explores different ways to uncover your inner feelings. Finding your own internal perspective can give you the confidence to be able to speak your truth. Speaking or writing your truth provides a very powerful life tool for personal growth and freedom.
